The Employment Act No. 435/2004 Coll., as amended, stipulates that foreigners and persons without nationality can perform jobs in the Czech Republic only when they have been granted a work and residence permit for this purpose (Act No. 326/1999 Coll.), unless stipulated by the law otherwise.
